Refund of fees from nursing college after withdrawing admission

05-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I took admission in a nursing and pharmaceutical college.. At the time of admission I requested them for prospectus where term and condition are written they refused it as still there is no prospectus neither any written notice for non- refund of admission fee. I want to cancel the admission as I got admission in government school now what to do so that I can get my fee back as proof I have only reciept of fee paid.. And also want to complain against the college as they do not provide any service required for nursing college.. Note- I requested for the cancellation of admission and refund of fee on 5 September 2018 and the session will start from November 2018. Please guide me how to proceed. Thank you

Since you cancelled your admission before the sessions began, you are liable to get a full refund of the fee that you deposited to them.

Send them a legal notice and seek refund. If the legal notice fails to help, file a case in the consumer forum.

i will suggest to send a legal notice to that college ragarding refund of fees within 15 days if they are not able to to refund the fees within that time you may file a case in district consumer forum.
