A consumer complaint is pending before the District Consumer Commission and was originally filed by me as Party-in-Person. I now wish to appear through an Authorized Representative. What is the correct procedure? Should I file only a Memo of Appearance with an Authorization Letter, or is a General Power of Attorney (GPA) or any separate application/permission required? What documents are ordinarily accepted by DIstrict Consumer Commissions for such change?
