Procedure to file a complaint against Lifecell in consumer court

02-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
They are not refunding my money after failing to process umbical cord. They say they were able to save the cord blood but were unable to save cord tissue and hence they will only refund 3500/- although the total cost I paid was 16000. These were not separate packages and you do not have an option to go for just one item hence if they cant save both they should cancel the whole package. There are hundreds of complaints online where they did the same. Can anyone suggest if this is worth pursuing in consumer court? They are also in breach of several points in the their terms and conditions.

Yes indeed my friend medical negligence is entertainable in a court of law. Hope you are willing to hire a council for this purpose since this would go through some serious litigation as such where you would be compensated generouslynfor the same.

If they have promised to you to rendered service by charging you and they have not rendered the services as they promised to you then your are inclined to file consumer complaint against lifecell. Either personally or by appointing a lawyer you can file consumer complaint.

Yes, definitely you should file a consumer complaint. As they have not provided you the service for which you had opted and for which they had promised, and breach of seeveral other terms and conditions will make your point strong.
