Non veg served to a vegetarian brahmin at macdonalds how to proceed

I recently went to McDonald's and I ordered an egg burger but they served me chicken burger. Even though I am a vegetarian I consume egg is due to the fact that I had protein deficiency. As the restaurant served me non veg, what action can I take on them? My caste is Brahmin and we strictly do not consume non veg. What do I do now?
Its not the big deal to knock the court for justice. You can tell him that they have not delivered the order as per your choice and the same may be taken back and deliver the order as per your preference or return the money. There is no necessity of mention caste etc for this simple reason.
