Need help to approach consumer court

24-Dec-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
I bought a laptop for my studies in November. But they gave me the wrong model, when I spoke to them the next day they said you didn't get this model. I complained to the National Consumer Helpline, but the shopkeeper did not respond. I have proof of what the shopkeeper told me.I don't have any money to hire a lawyer, I'm a student. I saw your website and I wonder if you can help me.

dear client, first step is to serve a legal notice to the shopkeeper through a lawyer and if still no response then file a consumer complaint in district consumer forum of your area.. for better guidance kindly contact me telephonically
