Medical insurance issue and no response from my advocate

I have two issues right now. First. I contacted and paid a lawyer regarding medical isurance of my senior citizen mother which the company conveniently refused after many years of paing premium. Second, the advocate has not been communicating and it seems he has now stopped working on it. I have already paid the full amount in parts which he quoted for fighting the case . I really am frustrated and don't know what to do.
File with Insurance Ombudsman Bangalore and Consumer Forum immediately. Insurers can't reject claims after 3 years without proving fraud under Sec 45 Insurance Act. Send legal notice demanding claim + 12% interest + compensation. Attach policy, premium receipts, rejection letter. Share rejection reason for specific strategy
Seconly, Send a written demand via WhatsApp/email asking for case status and refund within 7 days. If ignored, file complaint with State Bar Council for professional misconduct under Sec 35 Advocates Act. Simultaneously, file Consumer Forum case for deficiency in service to recover fees + compensation. Engage new lawyer immediately.
