Legal action against sale of damage second hand bike
11-Jun-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I bought a 2nd hand bike in the registered 2nd hand bikes shop, he told everything was perfect and all damages, he covered with gum or something for temporary basis and sold to me. So, what action we can take against him?
Sir,
Before the purchase you should observe the bike. It is little late. Because as you told it is second hand bike you cant claim all mistakes in bike. Apart from this you has to verify the vehicle by expert. Do one thing, ask some expert to note the problem and on his report issue a notice to the second hand bike shop owner who had sold the bike..
