IGPA and sale deed difference..Who is the real owner of the property

I buy a plot some x person through sale deed in 1989..Same x person given to IGPA to some y person in 1986..Can you please clarify the who is the real owner of the property.. Which one is valid document.

You have purchased property from X through Sale Deed. X is the person who has given IGPA also. Hence X must be the original owner. Original owner can sell the land to any one of his interest inspite of GPA. GPA is usually given to reduce the burden but what if the GPA is given for a consideration. A proper opinion can be given if you can share the sale deed and IGPA.
