I stay in north east delhi and we've two petrol pumps in shashtri park location. Also, both petrol pumps are cheater because today I paid 230 INR for 2.80 liter petrol (80INR/litre). Though, my bike was running on reserve petrol ( 2.5 liter) capacity. Yesterday, my bike came on reserve and I didn't ride it yesterday. So 2.5 liter( reserve) + 2.89( added today) = around 6 liters. I went to Akshardham pashvnath mall because I wanted to make some changes in my aadhar card and Akshardham is around 12km far from my house and 8km from shashtri park, but my bike again is in reserve. I'm sure both the petrol pumps are cheater and I had this same issue in 2019 but I didn't say anything. But now thr situation is different because the rate is above 80 per liter for petrol and this fraud is not acceptable at all. Please suggest where to file q complaint against that petrol pump.

in my opinion, send a legal notice first and claim compensation and warn then for the fraud they have committed. once they deny or does not reply, you can file a case either a criminal or a civil case against the petrol pump authorities.

File a criminal complaint of cheating and fraud with the police station. Disclose every fact in detail. Thereafter file before consumer commission for compensation. Please feel free to reach out directly for further assistance
