I booked a ticket in train from Banaras to Kanpur in one train ...And and from Kanpur to jhansi in other train. But train was diverted from one station before Banaras so that couldn't get train and due to this train my Kanpur to jhansi train also lost . Irctc didn't inform about this diversion and not giving me refund

Hi, please check with IRCTC about the reason for diversion ; if the same was done for far imp. issues like possible derailment , some medical emergency of one of the co passanger etc. or other technical issues. suggest to go for escalation in this matter , writing to the concerned ministry and railways. this will a quick solution . regards
