How to recover money after order has been given by consumer forum
29-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had filed 2 cases of 2 shops refund with 10% as per buyers agreement.dist consumer forum ordered refund 8 mths back. But they did not return amount.plus gave 2 cheque of 2 lakh each against 35 and 31 lakh. Which bounced n then after 2 mth they gave 2 lakh DD for each n asking for bounced cheques. Now what can I do? Both cases are about to complete 2 yrs in next 3 mth and no positive hope till now. What next can I do for early refund? Please advise.
File execution in the same court with order of the court and the court can execute thaur property. Depend on you put detail of thaur ownership or wait until reply of the execution.

Hello.This is a serious case of cheque bounce of heavy amounts.You need to send the legal notice against the cheque bounce within 30 days from the date of dishoner of cheque and after 45 days from the notice you have to file criminal complaint u/s138NIA. You can file execution petition in the consumer court orders.
