How to file consumer complaint against network provider?

12-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

I am a loyal customer of Vodafone services since 3 years. I converted from Prepaid service to Postpaid in Aug 2014. Since past 6 months, I am trying in vain to convert my number back to Prepaid but each time that I go to their store/call customer care, I am given some or the other excuse. Last month I prepaid my bill. This payment was not updated by the store executive & so my sim was deactivated even though I showed the receipt to the store rep & also to Vodafone via email. A lot of heartache has been caused to me. I want to file a complaint in Consumer Court against Vodafone. Please help.

Dear client first u have to send legal notice through lawyer to the company mentioning detail about yr harassment and their deficiency in service. If company will not act per notice then have to file case in consumer court. This is the procedure for filing consumer complaint. For any legal help call me

You can file a consumer complaint of negligence and deficiency in service against the telecom company. It would be advisable to first send an appropriately worded legal notice to the service-provider first.

This is a clear case of deficiency in service and therefore as a consumer you can file case against both Vodafone and store executive. You can also ask for compensation for mental harassment caused to you due to acts of the store executive and vodafone company. This will be in addition to the relief sought by you.
