How to file a complaint on coaching institution for cheating?

Dear sir/madam, My name is Sateesh from Chittoor (AP). In 2015 I was joined for CIVILS coaching in Sanjay mind Q Institute Hyderabad and I was paid to Rs. 40000 fees (actually 75000). After that that Institute didn't run GS Classes and they shift us to KS RAO IAS ACADEMY Ashok Nagar hyderabad. And here I paid Rs. 35000 . First at joining day KS Rao management told me classes will start later. But not began properly. Some classes are done but main subjects are not done.When I was contacted them they told me start later. But they are not started. That's why I am left hyderabad for some financial problems. One day I was went to his institution and demand for refund my money back. But he is not done. And he told me classes were over. I am from poor family and my parents are took money Rs. 150000 with martigage of my land from creditors. They are cheated me. Please help me for refund my loss money Rs. 150000. Please I beg you for refund money from them. We are poor family sir/madam
