How to complain in consumer court against Justdail.com
09-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I purchased JUSTDIAL.COM Indore city marketing plan for 6 months in dec-2017. They started sending fake / bogus lead messages / email to me which hardly got converted... many leads were wrong where even lead says they didn't enquired for services on justdial.com I got frustrated by such time wasting SMS /Email flood and wanted to end the contract just after 1 month of usage, but because it was a contract signed by me..their team forced me keep it running for 6 months. And guess what could be the most horrible thing is here ? Even after 6 months completed they are not stoping deducting ECS from my account, I requested my HDFC banker to stop honoring the ECS request from JUSTDIAL and they said they are unable to cancel it because you have given them rights for debit from your accounts.
First of all fill the ECS cancellation form, if any, and give it to your bank. If they do not pay heed, send your bank a registered notice asking them for stopping the ECS mentioning in it that your agreement with the Justdial was only for 6 months and has now expired. Intimate about the ECS stopping to the Justdial as well, after intimation to both- your bank and Justdial, keep insufficient funds in your account around the dates of ECS deduction, because the stopping process may take time. Remember that the bank is bound to stop ECS on your request, if duly made.
. Regarding the consumer case against Justdial I would say that you availed their services for commercial purposes, so you can't go to consumer court against them. Instead go to the normal civil court against them for breach of contract and compensation.

You can file a cheating case for deductions after contract period. You can go for consumer court also . Just a plain application and postal order for respective court fee demand on case valuation . Simple
