Harassment by Yatra.com in processing refund of flight ticket

Air India instructed (by email, with a copy to me) Yatra.com on 4th January, 2019 to refund 100% amount of flight ticket of my wife Leena Gandhi Rajkot-Delhi-Rajkot (23/1/209-27/1/2019). Upto 19th Jan 2019 I dont get any response from Yatra.com. I contacted through their app (chat) on 20th Jan and inquired about refund. To my utter surprise they informed me that they dont have any such instructions to give 100% refund amount. I spent 3 days after refund matter. Chatted for more than 2 hours and about 1 hour on phone. Given them all the evidence about Air India instruction but they keep denying refund. At last today after repeated complain to Air India they initiated refund process today. How can I sue Yatra.com for the severe harassment in refund process?
To be honest, i suggest if you have received your refund you do not try to take any legal course of action. It will be further waste of tour own time and energy. Howevwr if you still feel you want to do something, send them a legal notice. I dont suggest you need to do anything apart from that.

You can file complaint at District consumer redressable forum at Rajkot. You need to submit all evidences like call details, Bank statement, email, etc . Explain how you were mentally harassed in your vomplaint. you can claim compensation for mental harassement.
