Given Advance Payment To Construction Company But They Are Not Respond

I have given advance payment to a company on 21 march for my house interior work. But they are not responding now and not picking my calls . Also they have fired their employees to whom i gave the payment in cash . I gave payment half cash and half by cheque. That company does not have any asset , rented office and they outsource all the work, they show me another company factory with machines producing wooden furniture.. what will happen now
Prima facie it appears to be a case of section 420,406 of IPC. You should immediately file a police complaint against the company and its employees including the one you gave money to. If its a company then it will have CIN number or a GST number by that way the company can be tracked. Also the payment which was made by cheque its bank statement should be included in your complaint. Time is of the essence in such cases as more you delay complaining and investigation more weak your case becomes.

In such situation, firstly, if you cannot ascertain his address And whereabout then the first and foremost thing should be filing is a F.I.R against the company or that person. A complaint to the police station will be filed under various charges under IPC, therefore please ensure that all the facts of the case Are mentioned in the complaint.
