I didn't signed the work order they have taken full money half amount bill given but half amount bill not give work not done I paid full amount cash now they are going legally but I don't trust that company they are misbehaving with me at the time of work, they didn't gave service

it means you are dealing with a problem or an unprofessional company. you are not giving clear details here. if it is a problem from the company you can ask them for a copy of the bill even if it is partial or full. is there any Britain communication between you and your company. any evidence like photos her videos. FIR only one chance that you can send a legal notice to them. after that we can file a cheating case under section 420 IPC. In consumer court also an option. we can file complaints in the district consumer disputes redressal Commission for refund of excess payment, compensation for mental harassment, cost of legal proceeding.

As per consumer protection law, if you have paid the full amount but the company failed to complete the work and did not provide proper bills, it amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. You have the right to take legal action for refund and compensation.
