Education institutions fraud .did wrong admission.not responding .

I am chandra.i made admission in Annamalai University from third party office situated in bangalore.they charged me thrice the fees and they made a wrong admission.i have fee receipt.and admission details.i don't know how to proceed further.they are not even concerned about my admission.please tell me how to proceed further as per law
