Dead cockroach in my food in a restaurant what can I do

I Have got a dead Cockroach floating in a hotel while eating Curdrice, and Inspite a very rude behaviour from the Owner of the hotel. I have filed a Complaint with Chickpet PS, BBMP, FSSA and other related Food and HFW depts. As of now no action has been taken on this. Couls you help me how do i go further.

I think all the department that you have written to will surely go and investigate the matter , what may be the result of that . Yes if have been hurt badly and humiliated , you can come and meet with your evidence to prove that cockroach was in food served to you and also tht was the hotel where you went to eat as such bills etc with proper date and payment , we can file accordingly either at consumer court or if so them criminal case against hotel and can demand compensation , better you meet for better legal advice . you can directly file a case under Consumer protection Act before the District Consumer forum seeking damages( Compensation) for the legal injury suffered by you for the dis-service rendered by the Hotel. You may also lodge a complaint against BBMP official i.e food Inspector concerned who has not taken any action againstthe concerned Hotel, before the Karnataka Upa-Lokayukta.In both the cases you need not engage any Lawyer.

I suspect the owner shud have met the govt.officals and may be he has spoken to them u can try to file consumer case for unfair trade practices and deficiency of services and seek for mental agony and compensation you problem should be solved.
