I’m a Hindu student from West Bengal. I purchased a laptop that developed defects within months, and despite repeated service requests, it wasn’t resolved properly. The technician caused damage, and support kept delaying with false promises. I’ve filed a grievance but want to know my legal options for compensation and next steps under consumer law.
