College not returning original documents after cancelling admission

Sir, you need to approach consumer court by filing complaint for seeking direction to the college to return the original documents. Come and meet me i will guid you further. I suggest you that don't pay any amount to college.

Hlo My name is & i am from haryana.I took admission in msc microbiology course in college banglore in july 2018 but classes started from 27august. Due to some problems i want to cancel my admission & i want my original documents . So college don't gave back my original documents even they told first of all you have to pay 2yr full fee than we will give your original documents after 3monts.what i do now because my financial condition is not good to pay full fees of 2yr. I paid fee of first semester 35000 .I just want my original documents


You issue the legal notice for recovery of original documents. They cant hold the certificate for the reasons. Not required to pay the amount to the college. For this you can take legal actions.

1. Upon cancelling your admission, college bound to return your money without any deduction.

2. You may issue legal notice to college to return your money.

3. By parallel, you may approach university under which the college is affiliated.
