College deny to give TC & migration certificate for discontinuing

Sir. 2 years ago I apply for BE engineering from a private college.which have a good reputation in my state. After 2 months of college joining. I got selected in Indian army. That's why I have stop my graduation to training period. Now whenever I go back to the college they denied me to give my TC and MIGRATION certificate. which I want hardly. What can I do sir? Help me
If the college is demanding more fees then the current session/semester's fees for issuing TC and Migration Certificate then you should complain about it to the University to which the college is affiliated and if the University does not respond then complain about it to the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Dear friend you don't explain on which ground they are refusing your application for issuing the TC and migration certificate. Second thing kindly filled a complaint against them in consumer court you will get justice from there.
