Claim for damage due to ceiling collapsed bcoz of water tank leakage

Water tank leakage in my society; my flat is below the tank. Despite sending several letters to the society's committee members, they didn't repair it for 2 years and eventually, my ceiling collapsed. Please guide me on where to file a case and recommend a good lawyer
