Buyer RC Transfer Issue from spinny

I have bought a car from spinny on july 14th 2023, till date (14th dec 2023) my RC has not transferred. and regarding the same i have raised multiple tickets and mails but no use. they keep telling me that they are working on it. Is there any possibility to go legal ways?

yes you can issue legal notice through lawyer and reprimand them to comply the needful soon and revert back to you. After receiving legal notice they must revert as you are layman they may be ignoring your request
