If customers get their vehicles serviced at an automobile service center, should the center provide complete details regarding the correct grade of engine oil used in the invoice

yes service centre is mandatory give every details of serviced parts used in service and the oil used in service should be mentioned in the bill of service and if the service centre doesn't give every details of bill you can file case in legal consumer form first' you have to give legal notice to service centre

Yes company will have to provide each and every detail if they are failed to do so we can issue a legal notice on behalf of you regarding deficiency in services and charging extra amount from the consumer

Yes. They should mention everything properly. If not in the invoice, at least in job card. You have a right to know whatever is being done on your vehicle. You can ask them to disclose everything to you.
