Air Pollution due to Petrol Pump behind our house what to do

On the backside of my Faridabad house, there is an Indian Oil Petrol Pump located, appx. 25 feet from my house, built in residential area. We are having symptoms of drowsiness & dizziness, daily morning headaches ,inflammation of the nasal airways and throat, asthmatic symptoms & unconsciousness, severe dermatitis. The doctor said it is due to environment. I suspect this to contain BXTs (Benzene, Xylene, Toluene) and other VOCs (volatile organic compounds) – all carcinogenic material. During the filling of the tank, the fumes are dispersed into air . I have reached their IOC sales officer , and asked for the following - 1. Increase in the height of vent pipe of the tanks (as per the environmental norms) 2. Installation of Stage 1 & Stage 2 Vapour recovery system directed by Delhi Pollution Control. 3.Compliance to the various norms laid down by the CPCB, Haryana PCB & NGT 4. Can I get it relocated ? What action can I take , if the IOC does not take proper action ?
File complaint through an Advocate before SDM under section 133 CR.P.C. for causing Nuisance.
You can either file complaint in the civil court under section 91 Civil Procedure code but you must have one another person excluding you . There must be two person of your locality for filling case under section 91 CPC.
You said petrol pump is in residential area. If it is in residential area then municipal corporation and District town and country Planning officer can order for closer and relocate of petrol pump.
Beside this pollution control board issue license only if they have submitted NOC from municipal corporation.
If they don't have NOC then you can file complaint to hpcb for revocation of License . Check your District municipal corporation and District town and country Planning office record whether they have given NOC to petrol pump or not .
