Yesterday i got caught by the police when i was smoking.

Yesterday i got caught by the police when i was smoking and also i was drunk but he did not catch us while drinking we were just smoking. He took me us to police station and did alcohol reading and made a fine of 5000 attached with arrest memo.
1. HAS HE FILED ANY FIR.
2. WILL HE CALL ME OR SEND SUMMON TO MY HOME.
3. I ALREADY HAVE AN FIR REGISTERES IN HARYANA FOR DRINKING IN PUBLIC, AGAINST WHICH I PAID THE FINE IN COURT. WILL IT RELATE TO THIS CASE AND AFFECT ANY GOVT. JOB APPLY?
