Sir Agar wrong warrant order ho jaye to kya kare .Hum jis property mein rehte hai waha 33 years ho gaye .mere father ke name se case tha 6 year pehle unki death ho gayi .Jiske sath case chal raha tha wo ye property nazayaz tarike se hadpana chahta hai usne na Court mein property documents show Kiye hai na trust deed kyu ki is property ka koi owner nhi hai .Ab usne almed aur baillief ko Paisa khila kar judge ko wrong report de kar hamein jagah Khali krne ke warrant order niklwa diye hai . Warrant order cancel krwane ke liye karna padega . please ap meri help karo
you need to appear in the court and file the objections in the petition, in which the warrants have been issued. Along with this, you have to challenge the judgement and decree on the basis of which the warrants in question have been issued.
