Wrong re evaluation of answer sheet.

I had applied for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer sheet. After re-evalution ,my 11 marks were deducted. According to the photocopy, there is no scope of deducting more marks (my teacher told me after seeing the paper).I had scored 54/65 and now after re-evaluation its 43/65These are some of the rules my college has:-n1] In any case, the photo copies of re-evaluated answer books shall not be provided to the learner/s.2] The outcome of the revaluation process shall be final and binding on the learner.3] If the difference between the marks originally obtained by the candidate innthe paper, without any grace marks, and marks obtained after revaluation increase orndecrease by more than twenty percent (20%) of the maximum marks assigned to that paper,na second revaluation of the said answer book(s) need be done by a third examiner from thenpanel of examiners for the said course. nnIn my case there is a 17 % decrease please tell me if i can do something and increase my marks .
