Procedure:

To change your date of birth in the birth certificate, the applicant shall approach the office from where the birth certificate was obtained.

Please go to the respective office of municipal corporation of Delhi (MCD).

Please obtain 'Birth Certificate Update/correction Form' from the respective counter or write in an A4 sheet as advised to apply…….

1. You should apply to Registrar of Births and Death to change the Date of Birth in your birth certificate. 2. If the application is rejected by the registrar then you can go to court and file a lawsuit for court directions to be issued to the registrar to change the Date of Birth.
