i have dispute against my father and brother.father had litigation between he and uncle.in which he stated that property bought by " anchestral income ". now i want my share property still father and uncle joint name. is that statement help me in future if father do anything wrong with me means will or sale.
if your father has stated that the property was bought by the ancestral income means that it is a coparcenary property in a joint Hindu family any member of the family is having share in the ancestral property now by the amendment of Honorable Supreme Court and the the the latest law on the succession every son and daughter is entitled to his or her share in the ancestral property full stop if your father is not referring to give your share in the ancestral property you may ask him and request him to give your share and despite all request and effort if he still does not give you your due share in the ancestral property then you should put him on notice and thereafter you can proceed in court of law for determination of your share in the ancestral property. now I come to your question where in you have asked whether it is a statement given in another case can help you Tu yes of course it is a statement given by a person in regard to a particular property which is relevant material of fact and Railway statement created by a person in the court of law therefore it's relevancy is be in the other cases also if that case is related to the property in question for the person in question still you feel that your answer is not clarified you may contact
