Writ petition filing for not proving RTI reply uder section 32


22-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I already filed RTI, 1st appeal, 2nd appeal but i didn't received my reply of the RTI. Now I'm seeking for writ filing against them at Jharkhand High Court.

Against the order of State Commission we have right to file writ before the High Court for getting information subject to information comes under public information and should not pertain to private information.
