Withdraw Insolvency Petition

I have filed for insolvency petition 2 years back, I have settled with most of the lenders. Currently the case is in notice stage. Can I as an applicant can withdraw IC case type which I filed ?

yes you can withdraw the case through your advocate.. at the time of filling the case through your advocate only right ....so u have to withdraw the same through your advocate only..and any paid fees to court then you can also refund the fees

Section 12A of the Indian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) allows for the withdrawal of an insolvency application against a corporate debtor with the approval of at least 90% of the committee of creditors (CoC) in cases
