Will the court fee be refunded if settlement done between parties

whether Court fee of Civil case will get refund if the settlement is made between the parties as per the deed made outside the court and judgement by the High Court is decreed as per the deed.
where the suit is decided by the court on the basis of a compromise through lok adalat or mediation, etc. then Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, dealing with the settlement of disputes outside the court, mention the matter can be referred for arbitration, conciliation, judicial settlement, including settlement through lok adalat, and mediation, where elements of a settlement are in existence. then The petitioner is entitled to a certificate from the court below authorizing him to receive back the full amount of the court fee paid in respect of the plaint, from the Collector, but there are some conditions so i will be able to advice you properly when you give me detail about your case.
