Hi, this is regarding below queries;n1. WILL - how to register a will for immovable asset (property) after a person expiren (total 3 owners - all family members holding equal share)n2.Post registration of WILL how to update records in registrar office and in the apartment officen3. Is it okay to redeem mutual fund investments online of a deceased person and transfer redemption amount into family members bank account with NO objection from legal heirs / family members n4.Advisable time line to inform financial institutions including bank about deceased person

okay I understand your questions so now you want to take the property transfer from death person name to legal hairs of death person right so will was not registered niwbyiu want to make a registration right once pribhater death will registration is not mandatory so if you need any legal help contact me thank you
