Will a Cvil SLP get admitted after two concurrent decision?

17-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have filed a eviction suit against a tenant for vacation of premises, property was leased out in 2005 under fixed lease deed of 11 months which was renewed time and again upto 2013, Eviction suit was filed in 2015 post expiry of last lease deed, the tenant has made a stand in lower court that all the lease deed are fabricated and forged documents, he has also alleged that the rent is much lower than what is mentioned in lease deed and that there was no agreement at all, Civil court asked the tenant to deposit rent as per the lease deed against which tenant went to High Court and lost, he has now gone for a Special Petition in Supreme Court. His intent is to prolong the litigation and benefit from same, Question is will the Special Leave Petition get admitted by Supreme Court and should we give Suo Motto appreance in Supreme Court. Note: We used to receive rent in cash and receipts were duly issued, Tenant has presented forged receipts in the civil court. Our docs. are genuine!

If there exists a question of law in the SLP filed the Supreme Court May admit the petition. If the petition gets admitted notice will be issued to you and you will have to engage an advocate then to represent you. Moreover, there is no need to file appearance suo Moto you can wait till petition gets admitted
