Wife has no documents before marriage and needs fathers income/caste

My wife was born in Karanataka and she had no aadhar/ration card / voter ID before marriage. Now to appear for a gov of Karnataka exam she has to submit her fahters income and caste certificate. But the officer in her village says that he cannot give it to her because she has no documents that shows she belongs to that family. She only has 10th and 12th school leaving certificate. How can she get her fathers income and caste cert?

okay I understand your questions so now your wife don't have her father income and cast certificate right so now you want to make a government job application right so you are studing college you have to ask the T C thir they are mentioned so do you want cast and income contact me thanks you
