Wife and Her Parents Harassing husband and his mother

My contested divorce petition is about to get filed, by the time my wife's parents had come to my home (for reconciling) and they along with her daughter were harassing me and my mother about filing false dowry case and also used the very abusive language towards me and my mother. my mother is a senior citizen with prolonged medical condition, can she file DV case against my wife or should senior citizen act case be filed? what actions can we take against my wife's parents? i have recorded the conversation.
Well, you can lodge a FIR against the Wife & her family members under the concerned sections of IPC, but not under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. You have to manipulate the facts & give certain twists and turns while filing a Criminal Case against your Wife & her family members.
