Why certified true copy of P.A. is required in civil suits

28-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
Why certified true copy of P.A. is required in civil suits? What happens if Plaintiffs and that of C.A;s names are forged in the civil suit Plaint? What action can be taken in such a situation against the C.A. - Plaintiff and the concern Advocate? Can all be 3 prosecuted for forgery - impersonation etc and is there any time limit for filing a criminal case in this regard?

There is no bar in law to initiate both the proceedings i.e. if civil proceeding has been initiated, criminal can also be initiated if there is any offence.
