Firstly you have not mentioned your religion which is vital in case of marrige law.Secondly it appears from your questions you are not living with your spouse.You are apprehending you spouse is likely to get married.if it's so or what I understood then you have two remedy.Firsly you can move the family court for restitution of congigual Rights that is right to live as husband and wife.your spouse will appear and clear the position.Secondly you can file a writ of Hebeas Corpus that the court will ensure you spouse present himself and explain his position.

Kindly clarify the meaning of term 'Protection of Court Marriage' as this term no where finds any place in any Act. What I can deduce from this is that perhaps you are afraid that if you go for court marriage then for verification purposes any of your family members may be summoned by the Registrar of Marriage. In that case it will be better for you to approach the concerned Registrar and ascertain the regulations from there only.
