Which marks will remain or the marksheet the original or the reappear

Sir. I want to know that if some one gets 59.6% in Higher secondary exam but he didnt satisfied of his result and he decided to reappear for the better results next year ... Now he had his result of his reappearance exam and scored 57.6%.... So i want to ask that if i try my original marksheet i.e 59.6% for bsc course in any college.. Should i need a gap certificate for this?
yes you might if The University protocol says so. and you new marks will be used for any purpose..
