Whether a child married person can get Job in All India Services

I just wanted to know that whether a person who were married when he was child and now having two children can get job in All India services (IAS, IPS, IFS) if he clears the exam of UPSC.
As per your query, having children or being married does not make you incompetent to appear for the UPSC exam.
