Hello,
-You have to file a suit for eviction against him. Not to worry if you are not having any agreement with him because since now you are the owner of the property you step into the shoe of the old owner.
-According to the transfer of property act the seller of the property transfers all the rights to the purchaser.
- so first issue legal notice to him for eviction and demand for compensation for unauthorised occupation for one year and till the delivery of possession.
