I have an plot on commercial place which is open in both main road and street where we doing business from 20years .today our neighbour(lawyer) is file RTI on us for close your business which is created disturbance to me.so what we do Another neighbours all with me
You can file a civil suit for permanent injuction against lawyer and General Public for not to inference in your daily business.. its better for you first of all you need to consult with Good Civil Lawyer
