What to do if lost my job due to complaints i filed

I have been given complaints in collectorate & municipality from 1 1/2 yr about my colony problems ( drainage clinging, drainage reconstruction, provide public tap, encroaching road illegal contractions) but didn't solve yet. I have all received copies. Earlier I scold( create nuisance) in kagaznagar municipality grievence application on this issue. Kagaznagar municipal commissioner & staff members booked fir me in PS ipc 505(2). So collector removed me from outsourcing job. can I get my job again. Can I put case in high court.
What ever you explained me is fair as per as your concern but there is no guarantee in getting your job back because its a outsourcing job but you can put an effort to get a valid result through high court if you can fight against all of them with all valid documents and proofs. Best of luck.
