What steps to be taken for CCTV installed facing my entrance

My neighbor has installed a CCTV camera on the back side of his house facing my Entrance Gate. I myself feel that some one is monitoring me all the time when I asked him he said his son in new Zealand is monitoring them n street so it is like mentally harresmement I have a problem with this. he has not taken any permission. how can i proceed
You can file writ petition under Art 226 to stop CCTV camera.
