What should I do if elderly people prevent us from playing in the park? Are there any Supreme Court

Sir, there are some elderly individuals who do not allow us to play in the park and verbally abuse us if we try. They only support their own children when they play but criticize us when their children stop. Can we take any action against them? Are there any Supreme Court judgments on playing in parks or public park rules and regulations in India that might help in this situation? Please advise.

Dear client, The every children have fundamental right to play in public park. No one can stop to play , if someone trying to stop you. Then you should file a complaint to local police authorities.
