What should i do against the case on possession of property against me

i purchased a land on 2002, but builder given me possession of another land,which was unknown to me. but possession property was sold to another person in 2002. that builder makes a fresh sale deed on 2014 in my name against the possession property.when i went to built a house on possession property that other party files a suit on me claiming that property. i have taken bank loan ,and electrical connection on the possession property. shall i have legal right as owner on the possession property?
Please send both the sale deed and plain copy of the civil suit filed by the 3rd party against you . If ror is stand recorded in your name then you will get permission for construction of house from the court
