What rights do I have on a government lawyer

My advocate (govt) dnt respond to my calls after calling so many times in a day what should I do. I feel he is delaying my case plz give me basic guideline about my rights on govt lawyer.
If you are having this type of problem so you should complain bar council about this or you can write an application to district magistrate or district judge if you want to file a case on him so you can file a case of harshment

First go and meet him personally and ask him the reason for the delay , there must be reason the case may be delayed ,
it may be from opponent side , and in legal work patience is needed.
Be calm and discuss with your adv. to resolve .
