How long does it take to counter in civil case? What day from is it counted? What if the time is over?
usually as per the amendment to order viii of civil procedure in the year of 2005 every one need to file counter withtin or written statement within 90 days from the date of receipt of notice if the further orders are received then you need to file appropriate applications so please be advised upon the actual status of case
